Classic Nissan Pao on eBay. These cars are closely related to the Figaro and S-Cargo, but much more rare!
Based on (bubble) Micra technology, so spares shouldn’t be a problem.
This is a real oddball! The back-end resembles the Renault Megane “Shakin that ass!” styling, but the sides resemble early Citroen 2CV, with corrugated metal. Strange.
Based on Yaris technology, this car was never sold outside Japan.
Toyota Will – Rare, Yaris based retro-car. Never sold outside Japan.
Check out the crazy 2cv-style corrugated sides, and the Megane “shakin that ass” back-end!
Mad!
The Nissan Be-1 is a retro-styled variant of the K10 (Bubble) Micra (March in Japan)
It’s siblings are the Figaro, Pao, and S-cargo.
Designed as a fashionable city car, with small turning circle and good fuel economy.
The Pao was a spin-off of the K10 (Bubble) Micra — the Figaro, Be-1, and S-Cargo being the others.
The engine was the 1.0 L (987 cc) MA10S, coupled with a 3-speed automatic transmission or a 5-speed manual transmission. The Pao was intended as a fashionable city car, with a small turning-circle, and good fuel economy.
The Pao was never sold in the UK, so any Paos in the UK will be imports from Japan. Fortunately, Japan drives on the left, too, so these will all be right-hand-drive.
